It’s on again!!! Our 5th Annual Giant Craft Sale. There are 20 of us participating this year so it’s going to be HUGE!!!

We have cleaned out our cupboards again and have lots of items that need to find new homes. There will be stamps, scrapbook supplies, ribbons, embellishments, hand-made cards, gifts (perfect for Christmas) and lots, lots more. Everything will be priced to sell, so come along and grab a bargain!


When: Saturday 13th October

Time: 9am – 12pm

Where: NEW VENUE!!!

Kings Langley Scout Hall

James Cook Drive, Kings Langley

(Located behind the Community Centre

next to the Kings Langley Shopping Centre)

We’ll also have morning tea (gold coin donation), plus Lucky Door Prizes to be won.

I managed to create a card this evening while I was filling in some time before picking my daughter up from work.

It started out being a challenge card for this weeks Stampin’ Royalty Challenge #140 but I missed the deadline. Oh well……

Then I needed a sketch so went looking for one and found the Simply Stampin Sketch for this week.

Once I made the card I realised that it would fit 2 other challenges for this week too. Bonus……lol

First up I’ll share my end creation with you.

Supplies:
Stamp sets: Creative Elements
Card: Crumb Cake, Soft Suede, Very Vanilla, Pool Party Patterns Stack (In Colour 2011-2013)
Ink: Crumb Cake, Soft Suede, Pool Party
Accessories: Scallop Edge Punch, Basic Jewels – Pearls, Sponge, Stampin’ Dimensionals, Stamp-a-ma-jig

Now the other 2 challenges that this card fits is this weeks Just Add Ink Challenge JAI#134 Just Add Polka Dots and Just Us Girls JUGS#153 Technique.

I’ve got a few things on tomorrow and a planned trip to Costco on Thursday morning but I’m hoping to find a bit more time to participate in some more challenges along with some other creating for our Craft Market stall this Sunday.

I’m back with another card for a couple of challenges. This time I’m using Colour Challenge #77 from Rubber Redneck and Sketch Challenge SFF083112 from Sketch Frenzy Friday.

Color Round Up #77

This is what I came up with.

A very simple card but I’m happy with the results. The top layers are all on dimensionals so it gives it some added depth in real life.
