It’s time for a new challenge over at Inkspirational and this week is a CASE Challenge.
I’ve gone with some retired DSP “Timeless Portrait” for my card today.
I chose this as Riding Hood Red is being discontinued from Stampin’ Up! at the end of the current catalogue, 30th June, so I wanted to use up some of my Riding Hood Red cardstock.
It was also good to use up some of that retired paper that I always end up with. I don’t have much of this one so that’s good. Now I have a little less.
For my sentiment I’ve used the ‘Thanks’ from Kindness Matters and I’ve stamped it inside a ‘Four Frames’ image.
I’ve punched out the ‘Four Frames’ image with the Decorative Label Punch and then created an additional layer to mat in Riding Hood Red by punching out 2, cutting them in half (one on long side and the other on short side) and then layered them on the back.
A bow made using Riding Hood Red Taffeta ribbon to finish off.
Supplies: (All items from Stampin’ Up!)
Stamps: Four Frames, Kindness Matters
Card: Very Vanilla, Riding Hood Red, Timeless Portrait DSP (retired)
Ink: Riding Hood Red
Accessories: Riding Hood Red Taffeta Ribbon, Decorative Label Punch, Scallop Edge Border Punch, Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Pop on over to Inkspirational and see what the rest of the DT have created to inspire you.
Great case Nikki. I have this paper and haven’t used it yet so thanks for the inspiration x

LOVE the cream and red, Nikki! The polka dotted paper is amazing and I LOVE the silhouette panel! Perfect–HUGS and have a great weekend! 🙂
I love the paper with silhouette images and the one with spots matches perfectly! Great CASE!
Great decision to put the cameo on the strip. Love the colours you’ve used and the spotty backgound.
