Inkspirational Challenge #25

It’s Wednesday and that means a new challenge over at Inkspirational.

This week we have a CASE challenge for you.

Our sponsor for this month’s challenges is Milk ‘n’ Coffee Digi Stamps.

By entering all our weekly challenges for the month you have a chance to win a fabulous prize from them.

I would have liked to have used a sponsor image again for this CASE challenge but it was too hard as they are all large images.

My original thought was butterflies but I opted for ‘tea cups’.

Here’s another angle.

I’ve used the trio tea cup image from Stampin’ Up!’s Tea Shoppe stamp set and I stamped them in So Saffron & Baja Breeze and then cut them out individually.

I’ve embossed the top 3/4 of the card front using the Fancy Fan Embossing Folder. I then stamped the ‘A Cup of Thanks’ sentiment from the Tea Shoppe stamp set in Riding Hood Red and added some Pearls underneath.  I also added some Pearls to one of the Tea cup patterns that are stamped in each colour which I have mounted to the front of the card using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Supplies: (All SU unless specified otherwise)
Stamps: Tea Shoppe
Card: Very Vanilla, Riding Hood Red
Ink: Baja Breeze, So Saffron, Riding Hood Red
Accessories: Fancy Fan Embossing Folder, Big Shot, Basic Jewels – Pearls, Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I hope I’ve inspired you with my card. Would love for you to let me know by leaving a comment.

Now it’s time to hop on over to Inkspirational and see what the rest of the DT have created for this CASE Challenge.

Subtle Kindness….

I’m here with a quick challenge card today.

Over at Come and Get It they have a colour challenge for us this week.

I’ve decided to play along and create this very clean and simple card using the Kindness Matters stamp set from Stampin’ Up!® which will be retiring at the end of the month.

Here’s another view so you can see I’ve added some dimension to the card.

For the inside….

I managed to use all scraps (meaning no new full sheets were cut up) to make my card.

I’ve kept if very clean and you can see. Added some paper piercing around the Whisper White pieces for some added detail, but that’s it.

I used my Stampin’ Write Markers in Certainly Celery, Pretty Ink Pink & Wisteria Wonder to colour my butterflies. I love the variegated look to the larger butterfly.

Supplies: (All SU unless stated otherwise)
Stamp sets: Kindness Matters
Card: Pretty In Pink, Wisteria Wonder, Whisper White
Ink: Pretty In Pink, Certainly Celery & Wisteria Wonder Stampin’ Write Markers, Certainly Celery inkpad
Accessories: Paper Piercing Mat, Tool & Essentials Paper Piercing Pack, Stampin’ Dimensionals.

I really like how this turned out and I hope it has inspired you.

Would love for you to leave me a comment and let me know if you like my card.
