It’s Wednesday and that means a new challenge over at Inkspirational.

This week we have a CASE challenge for you.

I’ve used the lovely image again for my challenge card from ‘A Day for Daisies’ called Pearls in my Hair.

I printed my image onto Cryongen White cardstock and coloured with Copic Markers.

The colours I’ve used are as follows:
Skin: E00, E000, E0000
Hair: E49, E47, E44, E43, E42
Dress: Y19, Y18, Y17, Y0000
Birds: BG05, BG02, BG01, BG0000

R for Roses are Red

It’s the 1st of the month so that means we have a new challenge at ABC Challenges.

This time the challenge is ‘R for Roses are Red’. For this challenge we would love to see lots of red and/or roses in your creations.

Our sponsor for this challenge is Bugaboo Stamps.

For my creation I’ve used Bugaboo’s Rosebud Tag image.

I’ve kept my card reasonably plain so the focus is on the Rosebud Tag image.

My image was printed onto Cryogen White cardstock and coloured with the following Copic Markers.

Roses – R29, R27, R24, R22, R20, R0000
Leaves & Stems – G99, YG99, YG97, YG95, YG93, YG11
Shadow – W3, W1, W00

The main image and sentiment are both mounted on Stampin’ Dimensionals to add some depth to the card.

My ‘A Day for Daisies’ image that I used last week definitely wouldn’t fit this Photo Inkspiration so I decided to do a little punch art. The Photo Inkspiration has 3 ladybugs so I’ve created 3 different sized ones for my card.

I’ve used Stampin’ Up! punches to create my Ladybugs The antennae are made using some retired Black Hemp Twine.
