Christmas Wishes

Last month we had our Annual Team Stamp Camp organised by our wonderful Team Leader, Marelle Taylor.

Each year Marelle asks some of her team to make a Shoebox Swap and today I’m going to share mine with you.

When I make a Shoebox swap I like to keep them reasonably simple so they can be used for a Make & Take at a workshop.

Keeping them simple means that they will be easy enough for someone who has never stamped before to recreate without being overwhelmed.

Here’s what I came up with.

Using the same stamp set I finished off the inside of the card too.

There really isn’t a lot too this card which makes it ideal for someone to recreate easily regardless of their previous level of stamping.

Supplies:
Stamp set: Wishing You
Card: Crumb Cake, Whisper White, Season of Style Designer Series Paper Stack
Ink: Cherry Cobbler & Old Olive Stampin’ Write Markers
Accessories: 2 1/2” Circle Punch, Stampin’ Dimensionals, Snail Adhesive.

You can purchase these items and more from my Online Store.
If you purchase through my online store and use the Hostess Code below for September you will be in the running to win the monthly Hostess Rewards.

And one for the Boys….

I’m back today sharing the set of cards for my August Stamp-A-Stacks that are more suitable for the men in our lives.

That’s not to say they aren’t suitable for the ladies but they definitely don’t say ‘girls’ like the Flower Shop set I showed you yesterday.

For these cards I’ve used the new ‘Gorgeous Grunge’ & ‘Hello, Lovely’ Stamp sets along with ‘Bring On The Cake’ stamp set which has carried over.

The Gorgeous Grunge stamp set made these cards quite quick to whip up.

A little bit of added ribbon or twine, a punch or two and your done.

Supplies: (All Stampin’ Up!)
Stamps: Gorgeous Grunge, Hello, Lovely, Bring on the Cake
Card: Midnight Muse, Pool Party, Very Vanilla
Ink: Midnight Muse, Pool Party, Cherry Cobbler
Accessories: Decorative Label & Extra Large Oval Punches, Midnight Muse 3/8” Stitched Satin Ribbon, Cherry Cobbler Bakers Twine, Mini Glue Dots, Stampin’ Dimensionals, Snail Adhesive.

One for the Girls…..

For my Stamp-A-Stack classes for August I decided to make one set of cards ‘for the girls’ and one set ‘for the boys’.

Today I’m sharing the ‘ones for the girls’.

For these cards I’ve used the new Flower Shop Bundle (Stamp set & Coordinating Punch) along with the pretty Gingham Garden designer series paper.

The card on the left was also used for my Workshop Make & Takes in August.

Here’s another photo of the card on the left with a second version stepped up.

Just a small addition of a clay button which has been coloured with a dauber and Daffodil Delight inkpad.

And here’s another photo of the stepped up card along with a matching envelope.
