A Gift from Pepper

I recently acquired a lovely Belles ‘n’ Whistles image of Elisabeth Bell’s called Pepper with Gift and decided to make a Christmas Card with it.

I stamped my image in Memento Tuxedo Black onto X-Press It Blending Card and coloured with Copic Markers.

The markers I used are:
Skin – E00, E000, E0000, R20
Hair – E43, E41
Clothes, Hair Band & Shoes – C5, C3, C1, R89, R85, R83
Gift Bow – YG63, YG61, YG0000

It’s time for a new challenge over at Inkspirational and this time we have a Photo Inkspiration for you.

Here’s the photo to inspire you.

When I first saw this photo I though of fall. I’m sure many of you will be the same.

However, here in Australia it’s Spring so I decided that the ‘Inkspiration’ would be in the wreath itself.

Here’s what I created.

And a closer look.

I’ve used up some of my retired items to create this. All the DSP and buttons are from retired stock. The punch and die are still current though.

I’ve been wanting to make one of these for a while and am so glad I finally have.

I love how it turned out.
