One of the Design Team posts is the hop’s Sensational Sunday Sweet Spot and a name will be drawn from that list of comments to be in a monthly drawing for a $20 Loves Rubberstamps Gift Voucher! We will draw the winner of the Voucher the 1st Sunday of each month! Remember, you have until 8:00 pm CST Saturday to leave your comments!

You may have arrived from Laura’s blog but if not you can start here and work your way around by following the Hop List included in each of our posts.

Now for my creation for this week.

I’ve used Magnolia image today for my card today along with some lovely Magnolia Papers.  My image has been cut out using the Floral Oval Dies from Spellbinders. I’ve edged my main card using a Martha Stewart ‘Around the Page’ Punch set called Cherish. Some gorgeous Wild Orchid Craft flowers with a lovely Organza Ribbon bow and a few pearls finish off my card.

My image was stamped onto X-Press It Blending Card using Memento Tuxedo Black ink and coloured with Copic Markers.

The colours I’ve used are: Skin – E21, E00, E000, E0000, R20; Hair, Boots & Hat – W7, W5, W3, W1, W00; Dress – BV34, BV31, BV0000; Socks, Ribbon, Butterfly and Leaves – BG13, BG11, BG10, BG0000; Flowers – BV17, BV13, BV11.

Here’s another photo.

Wyanet

It’s time for a new challenge at Loves Rubberstamps Challenge Blog and this week we’d like you to use….

Corrugated Cardboard (or faux using Kraft Cardstock and crimper) on your creations.

Our sponsor for this challenge is….

A Random Fan

For my card today I’ve used a gorgeous image called Wyanet which is from the Wee Stamps Collection for Whimsy Stamps.

I have stamped my image onto X-Press It Blending Card and coloured with my Copic Markers. The image has been cut out using the Labels One & Decorative Labels 1 dies from Spellbinders. I’ve added some papers from My Mind’s Eye from their ‘Indie Chic Ginger’ pad. I’ve also added some faux corrugated card to fit the challenge. My sentiment is from LOTV and has been stamped using Memento Tuxedo Black ink onto some X-Press It Blending Card and punched out using the 1 3/4” Circle Punch from Stampin’ Up.

Here’s a closer look at my image.

The colours I’ve used are:

Skin – E21, E00, E000, E0000, R20
Hair – N9, N7, N5, N3, N2, N0
Clothes – W5, W3, W1, W00, R27, R24, R22, YG95, YG93, YG91, YR07, YR02
