I’m back today sharing a card made using the ‘Dashing Deer’ stamp set. I know it’s a bit early to be thinking about Christmas but this is actually the first time I have used this stamp set, even though I’ve owned it for 18 months or so, and it will soon be leaving us shortly. I’m aiming to make sure no set that I own that is retiring hasn’t been used at all
I started out by stamping the reindeer in Crumb Cake ink onto Very Vanilla card and die cutting with the coordinating dies. Next I’ve adhered a piece of Cherry Cobbler dsp from the Regals 6×6 dsp pack onto a piece of Very Vanilla card. I then cut a Very Vanilla Stitched Shapes circle which I’ve layered on top before adding my reindeer using Stampin’ Dimensionals. This top layer has then been adhered to an Old Olive card base. Next I die cut a small flower from the dies in Cherry Cobbler and added to the reindeer before adding a Rhinestone to the centre. Lastly I stamped my sentiment in Cherry Cobbler onto Very Vanilla card which is adhered to a piece of Cherry Cobber card before mounting with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card.
