Blueberry Bushel Darling Labels

Today I’m sharing with you a set of cards I made using the ‘Darling Label Punch Box’ and the retiring In Color ‘Blueberry Bushel’.

As you can see I’ve kept the layout all the same and just changed up the dsp and sentiment on them.

I started by stamping all the sentiments (well 5 out of the 6 in the set) onto Whisper White card using Blueberry Bushel ink. The ‘hello’ I’ve also stamped an image from Artisan Textures just to fill a bit of the ‘white space’. I’ve used a 4th generation image so it was fairly light. I have then punched them all out using the coordinating punch. Next I die cut one of the Stitched Squares from the Stitched Shapes dies for each card in Blueberry Bushel, which fit perfectly with this punch shape to add a nice layer. I then embossed a piece of Blueberry Bushel card using the Subtle 3D embossing folder to add a bit of texture. I have cut the Pearlized Doilies in half and glued these to the embossed card before adding a piece of Blueberry Bushel dsp from the 2018-2020 In Color 6×6 DSP Pack. Next I added a piece of the Flax ribbon across the card using Tear & Tape Adhesive. This piece has then been glued to a Whisper White piece of card before mounting the sentiment piece using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I have then mounted the card front to a Blueberry Bushel card base using Stampin’ Dimensionals. My last step on some was to add some Basic Pearl Jewels or Happiness Blooms Enamel Dots. This was a great way to use up some of my retiring colour supplies. I’ll probably make some more up using the other retiring colours.
