It’s Blog Hop time again and this time we have a Colour Challenge.
If you are starting the hop here, welcome and I hope you like what I have created.
My inspiration for this card came from Page 138 of the Annual Catalogue and uses the Dry Brush background stamp. I have used all 3 of the colours on this stamp inking up carefully with the lighter colours first and then the Pretty Peacock on lower right edge. I’ve done this with the inkpads being careful not to cross contaminate my ink colours but you could also ink the stamp up using markers, sponges or daubers. Once I had stamped my background image I then inked the large floral image from Ornate Style using Memento Tuxedo Black ink and stamped over the background. My sentiment is from the Fancy Phrases stamp set which has been die cut using the Stiched Shape Dies. A little Silver Metallic Edge ribbon underneath the sentiment and a few Rhinestones complete my card.
