I’m back today to share a card I have made using the new ‘Color & Contour Bundle’. My colour combination is from our Colour Coach and is Pale PapayCalypso Coral & Basic Gray. I have a few packs of Basic Gray in my stash so thought I’d better try and use some of it up.
I’ve started with an A5 piece of Basic Gray cardstock which is folded in half. I randomly stamped the splatter image in Versamark onto the Basic Gray card on the right side. Next I cut a piece of Calypso Coral dsp, 50mm x 148mm, from the Subtles 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper Pack. This is then glued to the card base as shown.
After glueing the dsp to the card base I die cut the second largest scallop die from the Scallop Contour Dies in Basic White. I then added some Pale Papaya ink to the panel using a Blending Brush. Next, I stamped the outline image onto a scrap of Basic White using the Basic Gray inkpad. The solid image was then stamped in Calypso Coral before die cutting the flower using the coordinating dies.
I added Stampin’ Dimensionals to the flower and mounted to the scallop panel as shown. The sentiment was stamped in Basic Gray onto Pale Papaya cardstock and then fussy cut out seperating the words. I randomly placed the sentiment on the front panel using Stampin’ Dimensionals. A few rhinestones on the card before mounting the panel to the card base to complete the card.
