Expressions Birthday

Some more cards to share today using the Expressions of Ink DSP.

These ones also use the coordinating Artistically Inked stamp set and Artistic dies along with the Best Year stamp set.

I love the gold foil on some of these papers and had to use some gold foil sheets with the dies.

Card 1 & 2

I’m using the side with foil on for these 2 cards.

I decided I wanted to use some gold foil sheets with the coordinating dies for accents.

To make these cards I cut a piece of dsp 95mm x 140mm, a piece of Polished Pink cardstock 98mm x 143mm and an A5 Basic White Thick card for the base.

I used Multipurpose Glue to adhere the dsp to the Polished Pink cardstock. Next, I cut the foil elements using Gold Foil Sheets from the Artistic Dies and glued to the dsp.

The first card was then mounted to the base card using Stampin’ Dimensionals, where as the second card was glued to the card base.

On the first card I stamped the sentiment from Best Year in Versamark onto a piece of Polished Pink cardstock and heat embossed with White embossing Powder. I have then flagged the right side using the ‘Banners Pick A Punch’ punch. This was then mounted to the card front using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

For the second card I used the ‘Banners Pick A Punch’ punch on both ends of a piece of Basic White cardstock before stamping the sentiment from Artistically Inked using Polished Pink ink. I have then mounted to the card using Stampin’ Dimensionals.

For the final touch on both I added some Gilded Gems.

For my final card I cut a piece of dsp 98mm x 143mm and adhered to a Basic Black A5 base card using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Next, I die cut the floral die from the Artistic dies using Polished Pink cardstock. This was glued to the card using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. The sentiment was stamped onto a piece of Basic White card using Memento Tuxedo Black ink, trimmed and mounted using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I finished the card with a few Gilded Gems.
