Hi and welcome to the Stampers Anonymous Blog Hop for July. Thanks so much for hopping with us this month. The theme for our July Blog Hop is “Anything Goes using something new from the July – December 2022 Mini Catalogue”.
Here’s what I created using the Vintage Christmas Stamp Set.
To make my card I stamped the bottle image onto a piece of Very Vanilla card using Soft Suede ink. I have then stamped the flowers and leaves directly onto the same piece of Very Vanilla and also onto a seperate piece, using Cherry Cobbler ink for the flowers and Old Olive ink for the leaves. Next, I stamped the pinecones & flower centres directly onto the main piece of Very Vanilla using Soft Suede ink. I also stamped just the flower centres, using Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Write Marker, onto the extra stamped flowers.
I then used a Blending Brush and Crumb Cake ink to soften the outer edges of the Very Vanilla piece and also to the Very Vanilla base card. Using a bone folder, I roughed up the the edges of the main Very Vanilla cardstock and also a piece of Cherry Cobbler cardstock which is slightly larger. I have then glued the Very Vanilla piece to the Cherry Cobbler piece.
Next, I added a piece of Soft Suede dsp to the Very Vanilla base card before mounting the main piece using Stampin’ Dimensionals. My sentiment was stamped onto the extra piece of Very Vanilla cardstock and I have then fussy cut all the extra images. These pieces where then added to the main image using Stampin’ Dimensionals. I added a piece of Very Vanilla Bakers Twine using a Mini Glue Dot and a couple of the Festive Pearls to complete my card.
I hope my card has inspired you in some way and thanks for visiting.
