June Stamp-A-Stack sneak peek

I’m back with classes this month. You can check out all the dates and types of classes I’ll be holding in my right sidebar.

Bookings are essentials as spaces are limited. Classes are held in my home at Lalor Park, NSW. (Address provided upon booking)

I’ll be posting some sneak peeks up of my classes over the next week or so for both June and July classes so pop back to see if there might be something you’d like to come along to.

For the June Stamp-A-Stack class we’ll be making one set of cards for the ladies and one for the men.

You will make 8 cards in total + envelopes. I have 2 different designs for each set. You can make 2 of each design or 4 of 1 design or any other combination per set. Your choice.

Here is the female cards sneak peek.

Something soft & subtle.

And the male cards sneak peek.

Some more masculine colours.

Classes are $25 with all materials supplied.

June Stamp-A-Stack dates and times are:

Tuesday 18th June 7:30pm
Wednesday 19th June 10am
Saturday 29th June 2pm

Classes are approx. 2hrs and are suitable for new stampers to advanced stampers.

Email or phone (H: 0296209092 or M: 0418218467) me now to book your spot.

August Christmas Stamp-A-Stack Class.

I’m starting my classes back up this month with a Christmas Stamp-A-Stack scheduled for Thursday August 24th. I have a morning session starting at 10am and an evening session at 7:30pm.

We’ll be making 8 cards (4 each of the 2 designs in the picture) with all materials supplied (including envelopes) for $25. If you’d prefer to bring your own adhesive then the class price will reduce to $20.

Bookings are essential as space is limited and the DSP we’ll be using is retiring so I need to make sure I have enough for everyone.

If you’d like to come along then either phone me (H: 02 9620 9092 or M: 0418 218 467) or email to book your spot. Classes are held in my home at Lalor Park, NSW and my address will be supplied upon booking.

Till next time….

Secret Santa Part 1

I can finally come on and share some things with you. I’ve decided to split them over a few days posts so hopefully I’ll have some more to show you by then.

Each year at our Stampin’ Up team have a Christmas Dinner and we also run a Secret Santa swap. The swap involves creating a gift for your partner, which includes some Stampin’ Up product, and also to send them a card prior to the evening.

I’m just going to share the lovely card that my Secret Santa sent to me today and this is it.

There are so many things about this card that I love.

The use of Satin Ribbon is a big one. I just love this ribbon but for those that visit my blog regularly you might have guessed that already.

The Scallop Trim border punch. This punch is just that bit more delicate looking than the Scallop Edge Punch.

The Jolly Holiday DSP. Now who doesn’t love this. The colour combination of Cherry Cobber (or should I say Kerry Cobbler – little joke from last night….lol), Old Olive and Very Vanilla is just gorgeous together and add some Crumb Cake to the mix and well what more can I say.

Lastly, but by no means the least is the use of the Snow Swirled stamp set with some Basic Jewel Rhinestones just tops the whole card off.

Now I loved this card so much I ended up CASING it, with just a little adaption/omission, for my last Christmas Stamp-A-Stack for the year as well as for a good percentage of my personal Christmas Cards.

Here is my adapted version.

I’ve omitted the bow as I thought that would be too fiddly for bulk production and in it’s place I’ve added a few more stamped images. This version is so quick to put together once you have everything cut and punched.

I’ve also decorated the inside of the card like my Secret Santa had.

Thank you again Secret Santa (I’ll name her in my next post) for your lovely card and inspiration.

Till next time….
